Lavanya Ramji

Lavanya Ramji has over a decade of diverse experience in management, education, and human resources. Currently serving as Manager and Volunteer at Make A Difference since August 2017, Lavanya focuses on mentoring underprivileged youth and driving educational initiatives in Bangalore. Previous roles include Assistant Manager - Response at The Times of India, Client Engagement Manager at Dexterity, and Associate at Standard Chartered Scope International. Notably, Lavanya has led training programs for staff at Prajwala and represented Dexterity at an international conference. Academically, Lavanya holds an MBA with a specialization in Marketing from Amrita School of Business, a Master’s degree in HR from Annamalai University, and a Bachelor’s degree from the Institute of Hotel Management in Aurangabad.
