Pamela Vokolek

Pamela Vokolek brings extensive experience in application management and support, currently serving as Senior Manager of Applications at Make-A-Wish America since June 2012. With a focus on improving efficiencies for users of Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge and Financial Edge, Pamela has a background that includes roles such as Sr. Application Support Specialist and Digital Learning & Innovation Specialist. Prior to joining Make-A-Wish, Pamela worked at Ozarks Technical Community College as Director of Development and held a consulting position at Hawkeye Community College, where expertise in CRM solutions was applied. Additional experience includes a Senior Account Manager role at Spindustry Training and Advanced Network Technologies, where Pamela developed corporate relationships. Educationally, Pamela holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Education from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
