Kate Kalcevich

Kate Kalcevich has a extensive work experience in various roles related to accessibility and digital services. Kate is currently the Head of Accessibility Innovation at Fable, where they collaborate with different departments to develop effective product and service solutions for organizations committed to digital accessibility. Prior to that, they worked as the Digital Accessibility Lead at Canada Post, leading the web accessibility team and promoting accessibility culture change. Kate also served as a Senior Policy Designer at the Ontario Ministry for Seniors and Accessibility, building capacity for accessible digital services and leading working groups for digital accessibility curriculum and procurement. Kate has also held roles such as Product Owner and team lead at the Ontario Ministry of Government and Consumer Services, Product Owner and Policy Designer at the Ontario Digital Service, User Experience Lead at the Ontario Cabinet Office, and Business Owner at Clear Web Studio. Their experience extends to various ministries and includes managing teams, leading projects, and implementing accessibility initiatives.
