Estelle Colas has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. In 1991, they began their career as an Account Executive at HDM Advertising agency and later worked as a Senior Account Executive at EUROCOM. Estelle then joined BTC Euro Rscg as an Account Manager, where they managed campaigns and events for Galeries Lafayette. From 1998 to 2001, Estelle worked as an Account Director at EQUATOR Euro Rscg Group in Brussels.
In 2002, Estelle joined BETC as the Global Brand Director and a member of the management committee. Estelle held this position for 12 years until 2014.
In 2011, Estelle embarked on a one-year humanitarian world tour project with their family. They traveled to 17 countries, creating a network of 52 hosting families and building a primary school in Burkina Faso.
In 2014, Estelle became the General Manager of SILEA International, where they were responsible for managing the company's tableware, decoration, and artificial flower products, as well as overseeing design, purchasing, marketing, and communication. Estelle held this role until December 2015.
In 2016, Estelle co-founded We Like The World, serving as the CEO and Director Charity Partners. The company developed a corporate platform of social travel to fund social projects in developing countries. Employees could be hosted by fellow employees or friends during their business trips, and the company made a donation to support a social project with the hotel savings.
Their most recent position is as the Great Causes Director at Make.org, a role they have held since June 2017.
