Cheryl McKellar

Cheryl McKellar has an extensive 18-year career in the beauty industry, primarily with MAC Cosmetics. Cheryl began their career as a MAC Artist/Assistant Retail Manager at Selfridges Trafford Park in 2001. Cheryl then progressed through various roles within MAC, including Trainer for the North, Midlands, and Wales, Regional Manager for Artist Training in Northern England, Scotland, and Ireland, and Regional Manager for Artist Training and Development in Emerging Markets. In 2012, Cheryl became the Regional Director of Artist Training for the EMEA region. Cheryl'sexpertise lies in driving revenue-generating strategies through training and development, brand building, and talent management. Cheryl is skilled at building succession pipelines, implementing KPI tracking processes, and executing successful business transformation strategies to ensure brand excellence. Currently, they serve as the Regional Education Director at MAC Cosmetics, where they lead commercial education efforts and contributes to a diverse and innovative workplace.
