Erin Marie Haney

Erin Marie Haney has over a decade of experience in retail management, currently serving as the Manager of Retail Operations and Senior Retail Manager at MAC Cosmetics since January 2011. In this role, Erin is responsible for the maintenance and development of retail locations, overseeing human resources functions by recruiting and hiring management and retail staff to uphold MAC's standards. Prior to this, Erin was the General Manager at Ulta from August 2008 to July 2010, where responsibilities included supervising five assistant managers across various departments and leading the opening of a new location, which involved coordinating construction efforts and media promotions.
