Jeanine Askew has a strong background in marketing strategy and analytics. Jeanine is currently employed as the Director of Global Marketing Strategy & Analytics at MAC Cosmetics since December 2022. Prior to this, Jeanine held managerial roles at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where they were responsible for business insights and analytics in North America and global consumer insights. Jeanine also worked as an Associate Manager of Media Strategy at Condé Nast and as a Strategist at The Media Kitchen. Jeanine began their career as an Associate in Integrated Investment at UM Worldwide. Jeanine has previous experience in consumer behavior research and interned in strategy and print production at Erwin Penland. Additionally, Jeanine has worked as a Target Brand Ambassador and as an Assistant to the Executive Director at the City of Mount Vernon Youth Bureau.
Jeanine Askew holds a Master's Degree in Cosmetics and Fragrance Marketing and Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology, which they obtained from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Penn State University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Jeanine has obtained certifications in "Create a Go-to-Market Plan" and "Working with High-Conflict People as a Manager" from LinkedIn, both obtained in 2023.
