Sara R. has a diverse work experience in the cosmetics industry. Sara started their career as an intern at The NPD Group in 2002. Sara then joined Ipsos as a Senior Project Director in 2003 and worked there until 2008. In 2008, Sara joined Estee Lauder as a Consumer Insights Manager for North America, where they provided insights and recommendations to the Global Marketing teams. Sara held various roles within Estee Lauder, including Consumer Insights Manager for Clinique, Origins, and Ojon. In 2015, Sara joined MAC Cosmetics as a Manager for Global Consumer Marketing and later transitioned into roles such as Manager for North America Consumer Engagement and Senior Manager for Consumer Engagement. Currently, they hold the position of Director for NOAM CRM, Loyalty, Analytics & Performance Marketing at MAC Cosmetics.
Sara R. completed their BA in Psychology and Business Management at Stony Brook University from 1999 to 2003.
