Teny Kureghian

Teny Kureghian has extensive work experience in the beauty industry. Teny is currently the Global Head of Product Development at MAC Cosmetics. Prior to this, they held the position of VP|Corporate Makeup Innovation at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from 2019 to 2022. Before that, they worked as AVP, NPD at NYX Professional Makeup from 2018 to 2019, and as Sr. Director of Innovation at SmartyPants Vitamins from 2017 to 2018. Teny also worked at Coty as the Director, Global New Product Development from 2016 to 2017. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at Aspire Group International, Cosmo Beauty, LORAC Cosmetics, KINERASE, and DuWop.

Teny Kureghian obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Marketing from Woodbury University from 2002 to 2004. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Marketing from the same university between 2006 and 2009.
