Andre Camara

Andre Camara has a diverse work experience, starting as a Designer Trainee at Ideograma Design in 2007 and then working as a Designer at Logomotiva in 2007-2008. Andre also worked as a Designer at Instituto IDEIAS in 2008 and as a UI/UX Designer at Comprafacil.com in 2008-2009. Andre then founded PartyBusters.org and served as the Founder and Creative Director from 2009 to 2013. Andre worked as an Art Director at 14 | Agência de Conteúdo Estratégico in 2013, followed by a role as a Senior Visual/Product Designer at Huge from 2013 to 2015. Andre also had a short contract role as an Interactive Art Director at Apple in 2014-2015. Andre returned to Apple in 2016 and worked as an Interactive Art Director until 2021, when they were promoted to Senior Interactive Art Director. Finally, Andre joined MakersPlace in 2023 as the Head of Design.

Andre Camara attended UniverCidade - Ipanema from 2006 to 2009, where they pursued a degree in Design with a focus on Graphic Design. In 2018, they enrolled in several online undergraduate-level courses at Berklee College of Music, including Songwriting: Writing Hit Songs, Voice Technique, World Music Composition, Songwriting: Melody, and Songwriting: Harmony. Additionally, in 2001, they completed a short-term program at S.O.S. Computadores, specializing in Webdesign.
