Nicholas Walters

Nicholas Walters has been working in the IT industry since 2007. In 2007, they began working as an IT Support Specialist at Nicos Enterprise, where they traveled to clients' locations to provide support on various programs, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade hardware and software, reload operating systems, troubleshoot network connectivity, create user accounts and user rights, security and groups, provide end-user training, perform virus removal, and document all work done. In 2010, they began working at CDR-DATA Corporation as a System Administrator, where they supported Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, Linux, Unix, and Mac, analyzed system logs and identified potential issues with computer systems, introduced and integrated new technologies into existing data center environments, and performed backups using Norton ghost and Acronis TrueImage. In 2013, they began working at The Core Group as a Network Operations Technician. In 2015, they began working at D&S Communications as a Network Administrator and at Mako Networks as a Network Operations Center Manager.

Nicholas Walters attended Pasadena High School from 2005 to 2008 and received their Diploma in 2008. Nicholas then attended Pasadena City College from 2008 to 2012, studying Computer Science.
