Esteysin Priscilla Mollo Mollo

Esteysin Priscilla Mollo Mollo has extensive experience in retail and management, currently serving as Jefe at Makro Peru since December 2017, where responsibilities include sales compliance, stock control, and SKU management. Previous roles include Supervisor ALC, Supervisor of Goods Reception, and various supervisory positions focusing on sales analysis and inventory management. Prior to Makro Peru, Esteysin held the position of Department Manager at H&M, overseeing storage and inventory processes. Esteysin also managed branch operations at Bembos from May 2011 to July 2016, ensuring KPI achievements and team performance. Educational qualifications include an ongoing MBA in Human Resource Management at Universidad Nacional de San Agustín, along with specializations in Retail Management and Administration from CENTRUM PUCP and Zegel.
