Alexandra Power has a diverse work experience in the fields of consulting, project management, and quality control. Alexandra began their career in 2012 as a Lean Manufacturing Extern at Almatis. In 2013, they took on the role of Quality Control & Safety Intern at Attimo Winery. The following year, they became a Project Management Intern at Powa Technologies. In 2015, they joined CapTech Ventures, Inc. as a Senior Consultant, and was promoted to Manager in the same year. Alexandra then worked on a variety of projects, including an overhaul of existing Workday Financials implementation requirements, the development and testing of 150+ financial statements and transactional reports, and the implementation of Workday ACA Reporting functionality. In 2022, they joined Makse Group as a Workday Consulting Manager, and was later promoted to Senior Manager.
Alexandra Power holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial Engineering from Virginia Tech, which they completed in 2015. Alexandra also holds a Minor in Spanish from Virginia Tech, which they completed in 2015. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications: Workday's HCM Partner Certification in July 2021, Workday Pro- Benefits in September 2019, and Workday Pro- HCM Core in August 2019.
