Dr.-Ing. Simon Spelzhausen

Dr.-Ing. Simon Spelzhausen is a co-founder of Makula Technology GmbH since 2021, focusing on digitalizing maintenance services for machine suppliers and users. Previously, Spelzhausen served as a Digitalization Strategist at Volkswagen AG, guiding IT projects for the Digital Production Platform based on AWS. Spelzhausen led a three-year research project at Technische Universität Berlin, developing innovative measurement methods for electronic effects in materials. As a co-founder and CTO of an undisclosed company, Spelzhausen aimed to revolutionize railway infrastructure through IoT sensors and data analysis. Spelzhausen's educational background includes a Dr.-Ing. and Master's degree from Technische Universität Berlin and a Bachelor's degree from Technische Universität Braunschweig, complemented by a semester abroad at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
