Karuna Sharma is a seasoned professional in content and creative management, currently serving as Head Content at Malabar Gold & Diamonds since April 2024. Prior to this, Karuna held the position of Head Creative Content & Promotions at Reliance Retail, leading a team of over 40 in the development of Jio Mart's e-commerce mobile app. With a diverse background in creative roles across various companies, including Wipro as Manager (Creative and Content), EIFFEL DEVELOPERS & REALTORS LTD as Creative Head, and multiple directorial positions in design, Karuna has demonstrated expertise in overseeing design projects, managing teams, and enhancing marketing strategies. Educational qualifications include a degree in English Literature and a Post Graduate Diploma in Multimedia Programming, along with specialized training in HCI and UX/UI from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
