Vijeesh Nair

Vijeesh Nair is an experienced HR professional with over a decade of expertise at Malabar Gold & Diamonds, where Vijeesh currently serves as Head HR, focusing on HR strategies and policies that support organizational objectives. Previously, Vijeesh held the position of Deputy Head- HR, overseeing HR functions across various sectors within the Malabar Group. Prior to joining Malabar, Vijeesh worked at Reliance Communications as an Executive in Talent Acquisition, managing recruitment for multiple Reliance Group Companies in Kerala. Vijeesh holds an MBA in HR and International Business from Vellore Institute of Technology and a BBA in Management from The Bhopal School of Social Sciences. The educational journey began with an AISSC from Campion School Bhopal.
