Derek Pendame

Derek Pendame is an experienced professional in the insurance industry, holding the position of Managing Director at Pace Insurance Agency since July 2023. In addition to this role, Derek serves as both an Associate Lecturer and Part-time Lecturer at Malawi Assemblies of God University, where contributions to education began in September 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Claims Officer at General Alliance Insurance Ltd. from August 2020 to December 2022 and as an Insurance Officer at Reunion Insurance Company Limited from April 2019 to July 2020, where Derek also started as an intern. Derek holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Insurance from Malawi Assemblies of God University, completed in 2020.
