Latifah Yusof

Latifah Yusof is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and treasury management. Currently serving as the Head of Group Corporate Finance & Treasury at Malaysia Airlines since March 2020, Latifah previously held the position of Group Treasurer at Astro from July 1997 to February 2020, where notable achievements included managing the PDS issue in 2000, overseeing an IPO in 2003, and driving treasury automation in 2010. Additionally, Latifah played a key role in establishing an in-house bank for Astro, as highlighted in a CT magazine article by Suhas Bhat on June 21, 2019. Earlier career roles included Investment Manager at UMW, where Latifah set up the investment unit, and Assistant Finance Manager at UMW Toyota Motor Sdn. Bhd., focusing on treasury management and operations. Latifah holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Bath Spa University and a CIMA certificate.
