Vincent Lee

Vincent Lee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and financial management. Currently serving as General Manager for various departments including Group Internal Audit, Performance & Rewards, and Compensation & Benefits at Malaysia Airlines since July 2009, Vincent has played a pivotal role in developing policies that drive HR strategies, ensuring equitable compensation and attractive incentive schemes. Prior to this, Vincent held the position of Vice President for Financial Planning and Budgeting at Ernst & Young and served as Senior Manager for Audit and Advisory at Arthur Andersen from October 1994 to December 2004. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Birmingham.
