Virginia Snyder, PMP has extensive work experience in project management and software implementation. Virginia is currently employed at Malbek as a Sr. Business Analyst. Previously, they worked at CentralSquare Technologies as a Project Manager from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they held the same position at Superion for a brief period in 2018. Virginia also has experience in managing custom programming teams, as they served as the Manager - Custom Programming at PowerSchool Group LLC from 2009 to 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked at SunGard Public Sector as the General Manager, overseeing the implementation of community-based software for local governments. Virginia began their career as a Programmer/Analyst at J.H. Leskin Associates, Inc. where they gained experience in systems analysis, design, programming, and support.

Virginia obtained their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Project Management from Baker College, where they studied from 2006 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Computer Science from Lehigh County Community College, which they completed from 1977 to 1979.

Additionally, Virginia has obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in January 2017.
