Greg Steffen

Greg Steffen is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Business Process Improvement at Cox Automotive Inc. since 2014, while also co-founding and owning Malibu Jack's Indoor Theme Park since 2013. Prior experience includes roles at Veolia Water from August 2009 to 2013, and at Campbell Hausfeld from January 2003 to July 2009 as the Director of Asia Operations & Global Quality. Greg Steffen's career began in January 1993 at The Campbell Group, where the role of Senior Quality Manager was held until January 2003. Educational qualifications include an MBA in International Business from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Cincinnati.
