Helena Sampson

Helena Sampson has an extensive work experience in the beauty and luxury industry. Helena is currently serving as the Senior Vice President International at (MALIN+GOETZ) since July 2021. Prior to this, they founded their own business transformation and luxury-premium brand growth consultancy in January 2020. Before that, they held the position of President International at Huda Beauty from July 2018 to January 2020. Helena also worked as the Vice President International at KENDO Brands, LVMH from January 2017 to June 2018.

Helena has also held various senior positions at notable brands such as Laura Mercier & Revive, where they served as the Vice President, UK/EMEA from September 2014 to January 2017. Helena was the Managing Director, UK/EMEA at NARS Cosmetics from January 2011 to August 2014. Furthermore, they worked as an independent strategic consultant in the luxury goods and services industry throughout 2010.

Earlier in their career, Helena served as the Global Managing Director/CEO at The Sanctuary Spa Group, PZ Cussons from January 2009 to January 2010. Helena also worked at L'Oreal in multiple roles, including Head of Luxury Professional Brands (Kerastase, Shu Uemura, KeraSkin) from April 2003 to December 2008, Managing Director/Marketing Director at Helena Rubinstein from December 1999 to April 2003, and Marketing Director/Global Product Marketing Manager at Lancome from July 1995 to December 1999. Helena began their career at Unilever as a Marketing Manager for Skincare from September 1992 to June 1995.

Helena Sampson began their education in 1988 at the University of Oxford, where they studied Modern History for three years. Helena completed their studies at Oxford in 1991. Afterward, they attended Henley Business School from 1991 to 1995, where they pursued an MBA degree. It is worth noting that Helena also studied History at the University of Oxford during the same period as their Modern History studies.
