Kate McDermott

Kate McDermott has extensive work experience in customer care. Kate began their career in 1988 as an RN Oncology at Somerset Medical Center. Kate then joined INO Therapeutics LLC in 2001, where they held multiple roles, including Customer Care Specialist, Customer Care Manager, and Director of Customer Care. In 2007, they moved to IKARIA, Inc., which later became a part of Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals. At IKARIA, they continued to work as the Director of Customer Care until 2015 when they joined Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals. At Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, Kate held the position of Director of Customer Care before being promoted to the Senior Director of Customer Care, where they were responsible for managing a team of specialists and regional managers for the Customer Care Organization.

Kate McDermott attended St. Thomas' Hospital Nightingale School of Nursing, where they obtained a degree in Registered Nurse, Registered Health Visitor with a focus on Oncology and Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
