Nathan Shelton

Nathan Shelton is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals since April 2024, Nathan has previously held significant roles such as Associate General Counsel at EyeCare Partners and General Counsel at both ZBS Capital and Alliance Animal Health. Nathan's expertise includes advising on taxable and tax-free mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings, as well as assisting nonprofit organizations with corporate formation and tax-exempt status.
