Shelby Radcliffe

Shelby Radcliffe has extensive experience in institutional advancement and fundraising. Shelby served as the Vice President for Institutional Advancement at Willamette University since 2015. Prior to that, they held the same position at Occidental College from 2012 to 2016. During their time at Occidental College, they significantly increased annual fundraising commitments and successfully launched a $250M campaign. Before joining Occidental College, Shelby worked at Bucknell University, where they held various roles including Executive Director of Campaign Administration and Associate Campaign Director. Shelby also served as the Director of Prospect Research & Management and Prospect Research Specialist at Bucknell University. Shelby has demonstrated expertise in stewardship, prospect research and management, and information services.

Shelby Radcliffe earned a BA in English from Penn State University in 1992 and an MS in Education from Bucknell University in 2012. Prior to that, they attended Mount Holyoke College from 1987 to 1989, focusing on Chemistry. Shelby completed their high school education at Hempfield High School from 1983 to 1987.
