Phil Kelly

Phil Kelly is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in diverse industries. As the founder of Malo'o since June 2016, Phil has focused on developing innovative outdoor gear to enhance adventurers' experiences. Prior to this, Phil served as a board member at Tech Coast Angels from 2011 to 2016, supporting early-stage entrepreneurs, and as President and CEO of Agilis Growth, leading corporate performance improvement initiatives for Fortune 1000 companies from 2005 to 2016. Phil also held leadership roles at Vsource Inc./NetCel360 Inc. as Chairman & CEO, where strategic vision transformed the outsourcing firm, and at Dell Computer, where Phil developed the Asia-Pacific market. Earlier in career, Phil was VP-General Manager of North Asia at Motorola, driving product engineering and international business development. Phil holds a BBA in Business Administration from the University of San Diego and an AA in Business Administration from Menlo College.
