Matthew Croshaw

Matthew Croshaw is currently serving as the Executive Director of the 47G Impact Center since September 2024 and holds the position of Vice President at Malouf since September 2020. Previously, Matthew worked at Parker Hannifin from May 2004 to September 2020, contributing in various roles, including Corporate Learning and Organization Effectiveness, Learning Development Manager for Parker Hannifin Aerospace Group, and Performance Technologist in the Control Systems Division. Earlier in their career, Matthew was an Adjunct Faculty member at Stevens-Henager College, teaching marketing, e-commerce, and other business courses. Matthew holds a Master of Science in Instructional Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing, both from Utah State University.
