Joswill Micallef

Joswill Micallef is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning from January 1994 to the present. Currently serving as the Head of IT Support and Head of Business Software Applications at MaltaPost since June 2016, Joswill previously held various key roles at the Malta Information Technology Agency, including Programme Manager and Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed leading a team of ICT professionals and overseeing a portfolio of eGovernment projects aligned with the Digital Malta Strategy 2014-2020. Notable projects include the implementation of the myBills Portal, which facilitates a unified bill payment experience for consumers. Joswill's expertise in project management methodology, particularly PRINCE 2, and rapid application development (RAD) has been instrumental in the successful execution of multiple initiatives throughout the career. Joswill holds a BSc (Hons) in Computing and Information Systems from the University of London.
