Steve Ginther

Steve Ginther currently serves as Program Manager Americas at Malteser International Americas, overseeing healthcare and psychosocial support projects for migrant and indigenous communities in Colombia. Prior experience includes over a decade at The Humpty Dumpty Institute as Program Director, managing a $10 million USDA-funded portfolio focused on education, health, and agriculture projects in post-conflict countries. Steve has also held roles at Global Fund for Children, Partners of the Americas, CARE, TechnoServe, and the International Rescue Committee, contributing expertise in program management and development across various international settings. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Social Policy and Planning in Developing Countries from The London School of Economics and a BA in International Affairs from the University of Colorado Boulder.
