Sébastien Frère has a diverse and extensive work experience in the industry. Sébastien is currently the Group Quality Director at Malteurop, a position they have held since September 2023. Sébastien'scareer began at Malteurop as a Process Engineer from January 2003 to July 2005.
Sébastien Frère earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in food industry from UniLaSalle in the years 1999-2004. In 2009, they completed an advanced course in brewing technology at IFBM. In 2012, Sébastien completed the RELIABILITY EXCELLENCE PROGRAM – CARGILL OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE at Cargill. In 2013-2014, they obtained the HIGH PERFORMANCE LEADER - CARGILL LEADERSHIP ACADEMY certification from Cargill. Lastly, Sébastien completed the SALES EFFECTIVENESS – CARGILL COMMERCIAL EXCELLENCE program at Cargill in 2017.
