Courtney Sheppard has extensive work experience in various roles in marketing, partner enablement, and operations. Courtney most recently worked at Malwarebytes as the Global Partner Marketing Director, overseeing demand generation. Prior to that, they were with Woodrow Wear, LLC, where they specialized in social media marketing and campaign management. Courtney also held multiple positions at MobileIron, including Global Partner Marketing and Enablement Manager and Channel Manager. Courtney has experience in education program management and certification advocacy at VMware. Earlier in their career, Courtney worked as a Rental Administrator at Peak Energy Services Trust and as an Assistant Manager/Store Associate at San Jose Sharks, where they managed publicity and employee training.
Courtney Sheppard earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from San Jose State University, completing their studies from 2006 to 2011. Courtney also obtained an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Mission College, where they studied from 2004 to 2006. In 2014, Courtney pursued a Social Media Marketing Professional Development Certificate from San Francisco State University. Additionally, they acquired certifications such as MobileIron Demo Ninja from MobileIron, OSHA 10 from OSHA, and First Aid CPR AED from the American Heart Association.
