Lauren Sella has extensive work experience in marketing roles. Lauren currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at MamaMancini's since June 2023. Prior to this, they were the Chief Marketing Officer at Tate's Bake Shop from July 2018 to April 2023. Lauren has also held various roles at Mondelēz International, including Director of NA Ritz Equity from January 2016 to July 2018, Senior Brand Manager from February 2013 to May 2015, Brand Manager of Young Adult Gum from October 2011 to February 2013, and Brand Manager of Candy from July 2010 to October 2011. Lauren started their career as an Associate Brand Manager at Cadbury plc. in January 2009, and before that, they were an Associate Marketing Manager at General Mills from September 2006 to January 2009. Additionally, Lauren has served as an Advisory Board Member for After-School All-Stars since May 2015.
Lauren Sella holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics & Applied Math from Brown University. Lauren also obtained an MBA from The Wharton School, specializing in Marketing and Operations.
