Susan Baldwin

Susan Baldwin is a seasoned professional in the children's apparel industry with extensive experience in design and merchandising. Currently serving as a Senior Merchandiser and Senior Design Manager at H.I.S International since March 2018, Susan leads a design team focused on expanding the Private Label Toddler girls fashion business. Prior roles include Senior Design Manager for the Flapdoodles Division at Mamiye Brothers, where creative direction covered a full product development lifecycle for girls' and boys' lines. As a freelance Children’s Wear Designer, Susan oversaw design projects for multiple brands including Flapdoodles and Disney. Earlier in the career, roles such as Head Designer at Children's Apparel Network and Kids Headquarters involved managing the creation of licensed apparel designs. Susan holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration and studied Textile Design at the Fashion Institute of Technology.
