Ryan Koonce

Ryan Koonce has extensive experience in founding, managing, and leading various companies. Ryan is the Founder & CEO of Mammoth Growth, a growth marketing team as a service, since April 2015. Ryan also founded Attribution in June 2016, where they serve as the Executive Chairman, and Whopping Ideas in February 2010.

Additionally, Ryan has experience as the Managing Director of Roaring Bull Studios, where they built a 20-person international game development studio. Ryan was responsible for client relations, game design, product management, art direction, and resource coordination. Ryan also managed the outsourcing of game design, concept art, animation, game data entry, QA, and production deployment for Ravenwood Fair and Ravenwood Skye.

Ryan has also served as the Executive in Residence at Originate, a high-end software development firm & product-based venture fund, from April 2014 to April 2015. Ryan has experience as the VP Products at Launch Code Technologies from August 2012 to August 2013, where they designed and deployed various tools for landing page optimization, affiliate management, and email testing and optimization.

Furthermore, Ryan founded Superpoints in February 2007 and served as the CEO. Ryan developed the product specifications, recruited a team, raised funds, and launched an incentive-based consumer loyalty site. Ryan also launched various products within the Superpoints Network.

Ryan has also worked as a Mentor at Capital Factory from January 2009 to January 2010. Capital Factory is a seed stage mentoring program for startups that provides funding and mentoring sessions. Prior to that, they were the Founder & VP Products at PopularMedia, Inc. from January 2003 to November 2006.

Ryan's earlier experience includes being the General Manager of Jumpstart Technologies, LLC from December 2001 to December 2002, where they were responsible for all operations, product management, and recruiting. Ryan also operated three viral sites during that time.

Ryan Koonce attended Michigan State University from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance.
