Andreas Herthum

Andreas Herthum has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry. Andreas first worked at Volkswagen de México as a Bereichsleiter Einkauf Metall / Commodity Manager Metall from October 2011 to February 2013. Andreas then moved to Volkswagen AG and served as a Projektleiter Einkauf ASEAN from March 2013 to December 2013. Andreas Herthum later joined MAN Truck & Bus SE, where they held various senior leadership positions. Andreas was the Bereichsleiter Einkauf / Senior Vice President from January 2014 to February 2017. Andreas then became the Bereichsleiter Produktion Zentral / Senior Vice President Production Central from March 2017 to August 2020. Their next role at MAN Truck & Bus SE was as the Head of HR Competence Center / Senior Vice President Human Resources from September 2020 to March 2021. Currently, Andreas Herthum is the Head of HR Academy, Recruiting & Vocational Training / Senior Vice President Human Resources at MAN Truck & Bus SE, starting in April 2021.

Andreas Herthum attended Technische Universität Braunschweig, studying Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Fachrichtung Maschinenbau.
