Dr. Maximilian Cedzich

Executive Assistant To The COO (member Of The Board Production And Logistics) at MAN Truck & Bus

Dr. Maximilian Cedzich has worked in various roles and organizations throughout their career. From 2018 to 2019, they served as a Research Assistant at the Karlsruhe Service Research Institute (KSRI) of the Karlsruher Institut für Technologie (KIT). In 2020, they joined the Technische Universität Berlin as a Research Associate and PhD Candidate at the Chair of Quality Science. Dr. Maximilian also simultaneously worked at MAN Truck & Bus SE, where they held multiple positions. From September 2020 to August 2022, they worked as a Research Associate and PhD Candidate, conducting research on the influence of technology advancements on product development processes and quality management. In September 2022, they transitioned into the role of IT-Project Manager, responsible for managing IT projects. Currently, they are working as a Referent to the COO (Chief Production & Logistics Officer) at MAN Truck & Bus SE.

Dr. Maximilian Cedzich holds a Doctor of Engineering (Dr.-Ing.) degree from Technische Universität Berlin, which they obtained from 2020 to 2023. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Industrial Engineering at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) from 2017 to 2020. Dr. Maximilian also received a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Industrial Engineering from Hochschule Esslingen - University of Applied Sciences from 2013 to 2017. During their academic journey, Dr. Cedzich was actively involved with the Hanns-Seidel-Stiftung Stipendiat program, serving as the Chairman of the scholarship holders group for universities Stuttgart, Hohenheim, and Esslingen from 2013 to 2017, and as a member of the scholarship holders group at the University of Heidelberg from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the Scholarship Firsthand-Programm from McKinsey & Company, the Scholarship PRO Top Students Club from the wbk Institut für Produktionstechnik, KIT, the Hanns-Seidel-Stiftung München (HSS) scholarship, and an IPMA Level D certificate from the International Project Management Association.
