Melanie Döring

Melanie Dutt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently, Melanie serves as the Director of Partnership Success at SoFi and is an active member of Women of Customer Success while also mentoring as a Power Up Founding Mentor with Women in Customer Success. Previously, Melanie held multiple positions at OpenGov Inc., including Director of Customer Success for Enterprise and Strategic Accounts, and served as Director of Sales at Kiefer Consulting, Inc. Other notable roles include Chairperson for Democrats Abroad in New Zealand and Service Delivery Manager positions at NEC New Zealand Limited and Spark New Zealand. Melanie's educational background includes a Certificate in Executive Leadership from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a focus on Legal Studies from California State University, Chico.
