Heather Williams

Heather Williams started their work experience in 2004 at the Metropolitan Police Service, where they served as an Accredited Financial Investigator until 2018. In 2018, they joined Mana Search as the Chief People Officer, responsible for partnering with VC and growth equity backed fintechs. Heather also held the role of Head of Research for a brief period before leaving in 2023. Currently, Heather is the Chief People Officer at MANA Group.

Heather Williams completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology at the University of Southampton from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, they attended Ursuline High School Wimbledon from 1993 to 1997, but no degree or field of study was specified.
