Fernando is also a Co-Founder of Base Miami where Fernando assists Latin American companies with their expansion into the US market. Fernando has extensive experience in international markets, business development, project management, and IT services. Fernando holds degrees in Business from Harvard University and in Portuguese and Linguistics from UERJ.
