Caroline Rae is the Founder and Executive Coach at Fiorlo since April 2016, dedicated to helping leaders gain clarity and effectively navigate challenges such as burnout and self-doubt. In addition to this role, Caroline serves as an Associate Executive Coach at EY and coaches executives and entrepreneurs at The Russell Partnership and Manageable. Experience includes leadership roles at Tech Nation as Executive Director - Commercial, where commercial sales were significantly increased, and OXENFORD CONSULTING LIMITED as Director, providing strategic consultancy to drive community value and economic growth. Noteworthy past positions include Consultant at ukactive, where Caroline launched the ActiveLab digital tech accelerator, and Head of Strategic Partnerships at the Money and Pensions Service, successfully engaging FTSE100 companies. Caroline's educational background includes a BA in Politics from the University of Strathclyde, a PG Cert in Business and Personal Coaching from the University of Chester, and a CAM Diploma in Marketing Communications from Cambridge Marketing College.
