Bill Mitchell is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in system analysis, development, and support across various industries. Currently serving as a Sr. Technical Support SME at Management Controls, Inc. since October 2021, Bill provides expert support for the Track Software used for contractor cost tracking, assisting both the CDMS team and Syncrude personnel. Prior roles include Systems Analyst with Syncrude Canada Ltd., where Bill focused on CDMS System Support and Reporting, and Information Developer at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Services, providing system development and support. Bill's foundational career began at EDS Canada, where responsibilities spanned analysis and enhancement of systems in both client server and mainframe environments. Bill holds a degree in Data Processing and Computer Programming from Centennial College.
