Sydney Hogston

Sydney Hogston has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Sydney started their career as a Clerical Assistant at Preferred Home Health Care Services, where they demonstrated excellent organizational and time management skills. Sydney then worked at Lowes Home Improvement as a Sales Associate, where they provided customer service and specialized in plant and equipment needs. Sydney later joined Lake Norman Sports and Fitness as a Front Desk Receptionist, where they handled phone calls, appointment scheduling, and administrative tasks.

In 2013, Sydney worked as an Administrative Assistant at K. Hovnanian Homes, where they provided administrative and customer service support. Sydney later interned at Turkey Creek Medical Center- CHS, shadowing administrative executives and assisting with operational tasks. Sydney further expanded their healthcare experience at Physicians Regional Medical Center- CHS as a LEAN- Revenue Cycle Facilitator. In this role, they led cross-functional teams, conducted Lean training, and implemented process improvements to enhance revenue cycles.

Sydney then transitioned to Community Health Systems as a Business Process Specialist, leading project teams and implementing process improvement methodologies. Sydney'swork had a significant impact on the health system's ability to meet business and customer expectations. Following that, they worked at TeamHealth as a Project Analyst/Manager, where they utilized their analytical and managerial skills.

Most recently, Sydney worked at Management Solutions as a Government Consultant and Project Manager II, where they applied process improvement methodologies and assisted with analysis and evaluation for system and process improvements. Sydney coordinated and managed analysis evaluations and quality assessments for the implementation of programs and systems.

Sydney Hogston has a diverse education history. From 2007 to 2011, they attended East Tennessee State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Learning/Communication Disorders and Audiology. In 2012, Sydney attended Longwood University, where they studied Speech Language Pathology. In 2013, they pursued further education at Saint Joseph's University, completing a Masters in Healthcare Administration with a focus on Healthcare Administration. Alongside their academic endeavors, Sydney also attended the Dental Assistant Training School in 2013, obtaining a Dental Assistant certification.
