Alejandro Hidalgo

Alejandro Hidalgo is a Senior Design Engineer at Managing Composites since March 2023, with a strong background in aerodynamics and mechanical design. Prior to this, Alejandro worked at Oreca as an Aerodynamics Design Engineer for LMDH, contributing to the Alpine LMDH race car from October 2022 to February 2023. Alejandro's experience includes a tenure at McLaren Group as a Senior Design Engineer and previous roles at McLaren Racing as an Aerodynamics Design Engineer focused on multiple F1 race cars (35A, 35M, 36A) from 2019 to 2022. Alejandro began their career at ALTEN Technology, where responsibilities included mechanical design for A320NEO and A330NEO programs, and also served as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Grupo SCP Sintersa on Airbus programs. Alejandro holds a Postgraduate degree in Aerospace Mechanical Design from EDDM Engineering Education and a degree in Industrial Technologies from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, complemented by an exchange program at Università Politecnica delle Marche.
