Liz O.'s work experience spans from 2005 to present day. Liz is currently the CEO and Marketing Consultant for Manalei Media, a boutique digital marketing consultancy. In 2020, they also became an Author, Director, and Producer for SmartMuse Media. Liz has been an Independent Contractor since 2014, where they specialize in creating and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. Liz is also the Founder and Owner of Twinsies Rock, a curated online clothing boutique. In 2018, Liz was the VP of Marketing for Maderight, an apparel design house, prototyper, and ethical manufacturer. Prior to their consultant role, Liz held Marketing Manager roles at PayPal and Salesforce. Additionally, they were the Head of Marketing for P2S Inc., an MEPT design and energy engineering firm, from 2009 to 2013. Before their marketing career, Liz was a professional vocalist and National Anthem singer for various events, including the Arthritis Foundation and Walmart Corp. Liz was also the Membership Director for SMPS-Orange County from 2010 to 2011.

Liz O. received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management and Music from California State University-Long Beach's College of Business. Liz then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing & Digital Strategy from the University of California, Irvine's Paul Merage School of Business. Liz has also obtained certifications as a CPSM (Certified Professional Services Marketer) through the Society for Marketing Professional Services, a Pragmatic Marketing Certification in Product Marketing, and as a Shopify Partner.
