Sharmaine Bridges

Sharmaine Bridges has extensive experience in public sector roles, primarily with the Manatee County Tax Collector since August 2004, where responsibilities have included business process analysis, public engagement regarding employment opportunities, implementation of policy changes, and training program development. Sharmaine has also served as a Subject Matter Expert for advanced driver license transactions and has held various positions, including Head Trainer, which involved creating a four-week training program for new hires. Prior to this, Sharmaine worked at Best Buy as a Computer Sales Consultant, providing customer solutions and managing sales transactions. Sharmaine holds a Bachelor's degree in Interpersonal Communications from the University of Central Florida and an Associate’s degree from Manatee Community College.
