Monil Shah has work experience in Manba Finance Ltd, where they have held roles as Chief Business Officer and Executive Director starting in 2018. Prior to that, they interned at MANBA FINANCE LIMITED in 2015.

Monil Shah completed a Leading with Finance - Diploma Program from Harvard Business School Online in 2021. From 2017 to 2018, Monil pursued a Master of Science degree in Marketing from Queen Mary University of London. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2017, Monil attended R A Podar College of Commerce & Economics Matunga Mumbai 400 019, where they earned a Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) degree with a focus on Marketing.
