Kimberly Williams has been working in the customer service industry since 1993. Kimberly began their career at CenturyTel as a Call Center Manager, where they held numerous positions. In 2010, they moved to Quest Recycling Services, LLC as a Contact Center Operations Manager. From 2012 to 2013, they worked at NTA Life as a Call Center Manager. Kimberly then moved to CBRE (Client - JC Penney) as a Contact Center Manager. In 2014, they began working at European Wax Center as a District Manager. Since 2021, they have worked at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. as a Team Leader and Manchac Technologies, LLC as a Product Support Manager.
Kimberly Williams attended Northwestern State University from 1992 to 1993, where they studied Psychology. Kimberly then attended Louisiana State University-Alexandria from 1993 to 1995, also studying Psychology.
