Zahra Z-Rafi

Zahra Z-Rafi is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in customer service and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Server Trainer at Mandarin Restaurant Franchise Corporation and Assistant Manager at Dollar Tree Stores, Zahra ensures operational efficiency and excellent customer service. Involved with York University as a Student Ombud's Services Peer Tutor, President Ambassador, and Founding President of The Culinary Association at York, Zahra has developed strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Additionally, Zahra's contributions to the Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) initiative promote networking and empowerment among female students in STEM. Zahra has also held research and administrative positions, including Deputy Returning Officer at Elections Ontario and NSERC URSA Undergraduate Researcher with the Government of Canada. Zahra holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from York University and has pursued additional language education at Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières.
