Mark Mandere is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in construction management and aerial imaging. As the Small Business Owner of Base to Final Aerial Imaging since March 2020, Mark Mandere has enhanced their expertise in aerial photography and imaging services. In addition, Mark Mandere has held the position of Project Manager Estimator at Mandere Construction since January 2001, where responsibilities entail overseeing project estimates and managing construction activities while applying skills in Part 107 aerial imaging.
