Carl Gibson is a seasoned software professional with extensive experience in software development and data management. Currently serving as a Senior Developer at MandM Direct since August 2022, Carl previously worked at allpay Limited for over 14 years, where roles progressed from Junior Software Engineer to Senior Software Engineer.
